Association of amniotic fluid Neurotrophins levels with intrauterine growth restriction

Neurotrophins have been previously mentioned as potential factors that may alter human growth and result in fetal restriction (FGR). As neural factors, neurotrophins promote brain development plasticity a significant effect on the synaptic transmission, although actual mechanisms of their action not completely investigated. Several articles published this field denoting importance biomarkers detection fetuses with restriction. Their findings are contradictory purpose present systematic review is to summarize existing evidence provide recommendations for future research.
